Taking Action, Creating, and Moving – Part 1

For those who find themselves constantly wishing they were at the level of their idols and role models, but unable to make consistent progress.

Allow and embrace doing pointless things.

Modern times and the Internet have us looking for the big payoff or searching for the value of something before we even begin. Practice investing time and effort into something that you believe to have no value. It will help you move faster when the actual opportunity comes knocking.

Do it for the act itself. Play and experiment.

The greatest performers get “lost in the sauce” of their chosen activity. Money, power, and fame are all byproducts of them doing what it is they love. If the path you choose leads to the results you want, at least make sure you have fun walking that path.

Just enjoy having fun pretending to be who you want -it’s going to happen. There’s no need to rush or worry.

A little bit of manifestation is required – too often are we comparing our current selves to what we want to be and those around us. Take advantage of the power of delusion and allow it to align your energies, even if subconsciously. Be grateful for even being able to have fun.

Lay a million tiny little steps towards your goal and keep stepping all the time.

You do not need to know exactly how your journey will turn out, and you never will. Practice imagining the next smallest possible step you can take and take it constantly. Looking too far down the line is robbing you of your conviction.

A minute of imperfect action taken is more valuable than 60 minutes of perfect preparation.

This can and will be a topic of its own, but application is a key principle of effective learning. One can watch YouTube tutorials, read books, and take courses all they want – they will lose to the person spending hours in the garage or basement having fun with their path.
