Starting this challenge 11/1/24 because it is NOT a resolution thing!! 😉

For now, focusing on my top 2 priorities. Can (will, ideally) change as I shift.

1) Physical
-Daily: 45 Min exercise
-Daily: Food Log
-Monthly Metric 1: Bodyfat %
-Monthly Metric 2: Mile time
-Monthly Metric 3: Some sort of strength or mobility progression

2) Trading
-Daily: Trade if trading day
-Daily: Market review and experimentation if not trading day
-Starting Capital: ~25k
-Monthly Metric: Month-End Capital
